Thank you for checking out my Port, I'm a Semi Pro photographer looking to expand my book. We are extremely easy to work with and would only prefer to work with like minded models and professionals. We do select TFP/CD sessions and prefer at least two weeks notice to schedule a shoot, so if you are a new model looking to expand your book we can help you out. We are located about 15 miles outside of Atlantic City, so if you are considering working with us you may use AC as a guide when acquiring directions. We're looking to work with models with experience on all levels, from none to extensive but prefer those without egos. We work under easy going and fun conditions because it is instantly noticeable on film, the better the atmosphere the better the shot! We also do not over Photoshop any of our photos. Natural skin color and small blemishes are what gives a model her individual look, style and beauty, so if you are worried about us making you look like a Porcelain Doll you need not worry unless that's what you request.
RULES: 1) All of our photos are taken in raw format ensuring very high quality images that are easy to edit. For TFP/CD shoots, we will provide you with 3 retouched photos of your choice from your set and shall have a two week turnaround. This allows us time to edit your photos and burn them onto a disc with the remaining photos from your shoot. The edited photos will be in JPEG format encoded at 500kb or less for easy uploading to Model Mayhem and/or other photo sharing web sites. Photo amounts for paid sessions will vary according to contract agreements. Photos will not be released to the client until the full agreed payment has been received.
2) We allow a 30 minute grace period for lateness. We understand that situations may arise, if so please be courteous and call to inform us of the situation. TBM Photography reserves the right to cancel a photo shoot without notice if the client has not contacted us within the grace period provided. We are professionals and expect to be treated as such. Unprofessional behavior will not be tolerated.
3) We require you to confirm your shoot at least 24 hours ahead of your scheduled session. All of our contact information will be made available to the clients before scheduling any sessions. TBM Photography reserves the right to cancel your shoot if no confirmation has been made forfeiting any and all monetary deposits made by the client to TBM Photography.
4) Working with TBM Photography is a collaborative effort between model, MUA and photographer. Ideas come from all aspects of a shoot so if you have an idea we want you to interact with us and explain it, it may be just what is needed to make the shot perfect.
5) All retouched images are color corrected and will contain a TBM watermark. Any altering and/or posting of unedited or retouched images is prohibited without the express written permission of TBM Photography. If TBM discovers that a client has in fact retouched an image(s) without permission of TBM Photography, legal proceedings shall incur. If the client has a specific photo(s) they would like retouched that is not included in the original 5 photo selection, a fee will be charged for each additional image and each image will contain the same TBM watermark.
6) All clients reserve the right to stop a session if they feel extremely uncomfortable. If an active paid session is cancelled by the client, the client will only be reimbursed 25% of the total amount paid. If TBM Photography cancels a session, the client does not lose any deposits paid towards their shoot and any remaining paid time will be applied to the rescheduled shoot at no extra charge to the client.
7) A fun photo shoot is what TBM Photography strives for, it makes for better photos. We try to provide a comfortable and stress free atmosphere in which we hope our clients will enjoy. Bad attitudes and mean spirited people are one of TBM Photography’s main targets to avoid. If we experience a client with these characteristics, TBM Photography reserves the right to cancel a session immediately. All paid sessions canceled under these circumstances will result in full reimbursement of all monies paid from the client to TBM Photography.
8) Finally, a deposit of 50% will be required before a paid shoot begins and photos will not be released to the client until the remaining 50% has been received and processed.
